Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

📦 Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the order as delivered, but you did not receive it, you must provide:

  • A non-delivery confirmation from your local post office or carrier

If tracking confirms delivery and no proof is provided, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Bank or credit card processing may take additional time before funds appear in your account
